How Do I Collect International Publishing Royalties?

MeloLab can help eligible rights holders collect international publishing royalties. Prepare the following information for every song:

Required Information

• Song Title.
• Performer / Artist Name.
• ISRC.
• Release Date.
• Each lyricist's legal name and ownership share, totaling 100%.
• Each composer's legal name and ownership share, totaling 100%.

Requirements

1. All submitted information must be complete and accurate.
2. The applicant must hold exclusive administration rights for at least three years.
3. Only original lyrics and compositions are eligible. Covers, remixes, and works without valid authorization from the original creators cannot be submitted.

Application Process

1. Contact the MeloLab Publishing team and describe the songs or catalog to be administered.
2. Complete and return the Publishing Royalty Information Form provided by the team.
3. After review, the team will proceed with work registration and royalty collection and provide periodic status updates.
